Hello – my name is Chris Whitney and I offer fine art prints of photographs around West Sussex, as well as offering landscape photography workshops, outdoor location / property photography and aerial photography, as a CAA qualified drone operator.

All of my prints for sale are professionally printed by a London based fine art printer on pure cotton paper. Terence DunneJanuary 19, 2024Landscape Photography Workshop – Having just had a one to one workshop with Chris I simply had to write a review for others to follow. Chris’s knowledge of “Landscape Photography” was evident straight away. Set on location, and in my case using Chris’s equipment we set up on the beach. The content of the workshop was structured with what I considered to be the right amount of content, and covering the key aspects involved in this type of photography. Despite the extreme cold, Chris waited for sunset to grab those last shots. The content was spot on, the pace of guidance was spot on and perhaps the most important ingredient for the successful workshop was Chris himself. Information means nothing if its not absorbed and Chris’s descriptions and the way he explained things went a very long way to a successful workshop. In addition to the location shooting time was spent explaining and showing what the correct software could do to enhance the pictures. For what it costs I would say that it is easily value for money and money well spent. Highly recommend one of these courses without hesitation. Well done and many thanks Chris!

David BakerNovember 24, 2023Fantastic landscape tutorial from Chris this week. VERY patient and extremely helpful and clear instructions and explanations. Gave me confidence to 'move up' to Manual mode and now have a greater knowledge of Lightroom. The tutorial was adapted for my specific needs (up and coming trip to S America) and I'm really looking forward to putting my new found skills to the test. Thanks Chris.

I run 1:1 beginners workshops on landscape photography on Felpham Beach (or elsewhere if you’d prefer) in West Sussex where we spend time both on location capturing images and then processing them on the computer.

I am a drone operator, qualified by the Civil Aviation Authority to undertake commercial photography and building surveys for those places where photography is so much cheaper than scaffolding.
